Dr. Saritha Guntuku

Dr. Saritha Guntuku received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. She completed her pediatric residency at Morristown Memorial Hospital and Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, where she was honored with the Arthur Ackerman Award, which is given to the pediatric resident most likely to succeed in primary care practice.  She also holds a medical technology certification from Methodist Hospital School of Medical Technology.  Dr. Guntuku received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with honors and a minor in psychology from the University of Houston.  She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and a member of the Harris County Medical Society.

Dr. Guntuku is a native Texan and grew up in Sugar Land, Texas.  She joined Bootin and Savrick Pediatric Associates in January 2011.  Dr. Guntuku is a member of the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin and also speaks Telugu.  While not at work, she enjoys volunteering with various organizations including Serve Houston, American Red Cross, and The Valerie Fund.  She also enjoys attending theater, traveling and reading.
