Daphnee Jean-Francois, MD
Dr. Daphnee Jean-François received her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and completed her pediatric residency program at Cohen Children’s Medical Center Northwell Health in Long Island, New York. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Pennsylvania where she majored in psychology and minored in French studies. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Prior to joining Bootin and Savrick Pediatric Associates, Dr. Jean-François enjoyed taking care of children in a primary care setting in Brooklyn, New York, where she also provided care in a newborn nursery. Her areas of interest include promoting breastfeeding and supporting infants and mothers through this process. She also welcomes addressing concerns that parents may have in providing the best care for their children, including conversations about vaccinations.
New to the Houston area, Dr. Jean-François enjoys exploring her new home as well as salsa dancing, West African dancing, traveling and spending time with family and friends. She also speaks conversational French and Haitian Creole. She takes pride in her work and looks forward to caring for what matters most to people: their children.
